App Review: Q8 Hrs Shift Update

This application serves as a comprehensive update to the "Q8 Hrs Shift" app, specifically tailored for operators working 8/12 hour shifts at companies like KNPC, KOC, PIC, and KIPIC. Developed by Anwar AL-Naseem from MAB Refinery in Kuwait, this updated version provides an array of features to enhance shift management efficiency.

Shift schedules for KNPC & KIPIC for both 8 and 12-hour shifts, and KOC for 12-hour shifts.
Incorporation of Islamic and Kuwaiti National holidays within shift schedules.
Tracking capabilities for PV (Personal Vacation), CP (Casual Paid), PA (Public Auth), and Sick leave.
Options to mark Shift Changes (SC), Over-Time (OT), and personal notes.
Yearly Increment calculator for users' convenience.
Two Over-Time calculation methods: Daily and Monthly.
