This application serves as a comprehensive update to the "Q8 Hrs Shift" app, specifically tailored for operators working 8/12 hour shifts at companies like KNPC, KOC, PIC, and KIPIC. Developed by Anwar AL-Naseem from MAB Refinery in Kuwait, this updated version provides an array of features to enhance shift management efficiency.

The key features of the app include:

 <li>Shift schedules for KNPC & KIPIC for both 8 and 12-hour shifts, and KOC for 12-hour shifts.</li>
 <li>Incorporation of Islamic and Kuwaiti National holidays within shift schedules.</li>
 <li>Tracking capabilities for PV (Personal Vacation), CP (Casual Paid), PA (Public Auth), and Sick leave.</li>
 <li>Options to mark Shift Changes (SC), Over-Time (OT), and personal notes.</li>
 <li>Yearly Increment calculator for users' convenience.</li>
 <li>Two Over-Time calculation methods: Daily and Monthly.</li>
 <li>Travel time calculator (designed for KIPIC employees).</li>
 <li>Direct links to company employees' email accounts and portals.</li>
